  1. Thanks Travis for joining me via video this morning. I did:

    5 Rounds for time:
    50 Double Unders
    25 Wall Balls
    15 Burpees

    21:57

    Broke up the wall balls more than I think I should have and could hear Sharon in my head “Watch your rest!”

  2. Today’s Garage WOD.

    Part 1
    OTM 15 Minutes
    Front Squat, 3 reps

    Part 2
    “Whittman”
    7 Rounds For Time
    15 Kettlebell Swings (1.5/1 pood)
    15 Power Cleans (95/65 lb)
    15 Box Jumps (24/20 in)

    Part 1 – Started light on the front squats and quickly got to a good working weight. Finished at 220lbs.
    Part 2 – 19:38 as Rx’d

  3. Well that was a nice burn, with 45 lb DB.

  4. First AMRAP I did snatch with #35 DB and air squats finished the round of 14
    Second AMRAM I did Clean and Jerks with #20 DB and did 11 reps into the round of 16

    Missing the 5:30 crew!
