  1. Seeing air squats and push-ups inspired me, but I felt like doing pistols and HSPU instead, so repeated one I did a few weeks ago

    Strict Press

    Part 2
    5 Rounds For Time:
    400 meter run
    10 Deadlifts, 225lbs
    10 Handstand Pushups

    Part 1 – I hit a bodyweight strict press on the last single @150lbs.
