  1. To celebrate the beautiful day and to mix it up, Jess and I went with the very thematic “Natalie Corona” partner WOD today

    AMRAP (with a Partner) in 22 minutes
    Partner A, perform AMRAP of:
    20 Sit-Ups
    20 Burpees
    …while Partner B performs:
    400 meter Run
    Partners switch after each Run

    We got 9 rounds and 4 situps in the 22min.

    This is amazingly actually a pretty perfect partner WOD for isolation – handoff is easy and clean and it’s real easy to count rounds 😀
