Did this one at 7:30 in the basement. It’s a spicy little one
Did 3rds of jumping squats and v-ups, 3 rds of airsquats and straightlegged situps.
Totaled 42 snatches across the rounds. Tried to keep consistent but I slowed down a lot in the last few rounds. Hardest part was standing back up after the situps haha

OTM For 15 Minutes
Snatch, 2 reps
Part 2
3 Rounds of:
EMOM 5 Minutes 10 Assault Bike Calories
In the remaining time max Hanging Power Snatches @ 95 lbs
Rest 5 Minutes between rounds
Part 1 – 95-135
Part 2 – 59 Reps in total between the three rounds. This was a difficult EMOM that left you feeling completely gassed by the end of each round.
Nice little wod with the noon zoom class.
After the first/tester round I landed on 25 air squats, 15 sit-ups and averaged 17 lunges per round.

Advanced with 30# but after only 5 snatches on first round dropped to 25 jump squats and hammered out 7-9 snatches/round. I’m with Travis hardest part was getting off the floor lol
Did this with a friend in the backyard today!!
20 bent-knee V-ups for each round.
Shared a DB and barbell on alternating rounds for the snatches.
Averaged 10-12 reps each time!
