10 Single Arm Thruster (Right Arm) 50/35
10 Box Jump or 15 Tuck Jump
10 Single Arm Thruster (Left Arm)
10 Box Jump or 15 Tuck Jump
-Rest 1:00 B/T Sets-

  1. Tough little wod, scaled to 5 thrusters/side with 35lb dumbbell, and 10 box step-ups.
    Finished almost 2 rounds each section

    • I did the ‘advanced’ version as written with my 14KG kettlebell and deck-jumps.

      1: 60 reps
      2: 57 reps
      3: 53 reps
      4: 50 reps

      my transitions between the thrusters and jumps may have been a bit slow heh

  2. First box jumps in a WOD since my knee injury a year and a half ago 🙂
    completed as 30 air squat/10 BJ
    79 reps
    80 reps
    81 reps
    84 reps
