  1. Joined the noon zoom for this one.

    Scaled the snatches to 10 reps per round
    Used 35lb dumbbell and was averaging about 2 mins of work each round. It was a tough, sweaty one!

  2. Joined noon zoom as well! This one was _spicy_; I was sweating buckets by the end.

    Used my 14KG kettlebell and otherwise did the WOD that was written – 12 snatches, 6 lateral burpees, 12 reverse lunges, 6 lateral burpees

    I didn’t get exact round times but I averaged between 2:00 and 2:15 per round

  3. Did this today. Sweatfest 2020 (Quarantine Edition)! Used a 30lb KB for snatches and 35lb KB for lunges. Had to modify the snatch and burpee reps part way through! Roughly 2:10/round
