Hopped on the noon zoom. This was a good wod!
Finished the 14’s and got 21 skips with 35lb dumbbell
Finished with 14 Rounds + 26 reps. Used a couple of trusty 20lb DB’s.
Finished the round of 14 + 7 thrusters with the single 14KG kettlebell variant
