  1. A bit chilly to do this one in the garage so I decided to do the knee-up variant. After 50 high-knees only took me ~20sec though Sharon suggested I do shuttle runs – did 10 which worked out to just over 50s which is close to my 200m time. I was still a bit quick through the set so I upped it to 20 burpees. In the end my rep scheme looked something like this

    Round 1 (~2:30)
    50 high knees
    15 burpees
    10 shuttle runs

    Round 2 (~3:00)
    10 shuttle runs
    15 burpees
    10 shuttle runs

    Rounds 3-5 (~3:20 per round give or take)
    10 shuttle runs
    20 burpees
    10 shuttle runs
