Haven’t done a WOD in awhile because I have been training for a half marathon! It was a nice one to come back to! Arms are dead, but simple work outs are the best!
Round 1: 1 + 26
Round 2: 1 + 30
Hopped in on the noon zoom class.
Was a good little wod, finished 1 Rounds + 25 reps both times through, held the 35lb dumbbell in the center for all the lunges.
Noon zoom is where it’s at!
AMRAP 1: 1 round + 3 pushups (113 reps)
AMRAP 2: 106 reps
Pushups got spicy toward the end
