1:30 Lateral Burpees over the DB
REST 1:30 b/t sets
DB Loading 50lbs/35lbs

    Just had to keep moving through this WOD. Good one to break in my newly-borrowed #45 dumbbell

    Round 1: 20 C&J / 33 Alt V-Ups / 14 burpees
    Round 2: 18 / 28 / 15
    Round 3: 18 / 29 / 15

  2. I did this on Friday, lost count of the reps but roughly:

    60 mountain climbers
    25 Alt V ups
    15 burpees
