Joined the noon zoom.
The C&J felt heavy today with the 35lb db, got 12 each round, ~24 v-ups and 15 burpees
I partook in the noon zoom class.
Just had to keep moving through this WOD. Good one to break in my newly-borrowed #45 dumbbell
Round 1: 20 C&J / 33 Alt V-Ups / 14 burpees
Round 2: 18 / 28 / 15
Round 3: 18 / 29 / 15
I did this on Friday, lost count of the reps but roughly:
60 mountain climbers
25 Alt V ups
15 burpees
