  1. Joined the noon zoom for this one.
    I did the advanced version with kipping HSPU and weighted step-ups with the 35lb dumbbell. I varied how I was holding the dumbbell each round, but suitcase carry was definitely the hardest!

    Finished 4 rounds + 10 stepups

  2. Had a good WOD on the noon zoom. Did hand-release pushups and weighted step-ups with #45 dumbbell.

    Got 5 rounds + 18 step-ups
