Did the advanced version, placing floor mats on either side of the ab mat to try to get just a little bit closer to parallel. Finished 3 rounds + 5 HSPU
I did
60 doubleunders
15 hand-release pushups
30 weighted alternating reverse lunges (#45)
got 3 rounds + 75 reps
I did 10 Strict Should Press with a pair of 25lb DB’s instead of the Handstand Pushups.
Everything else RX.
5 Rounds + 21 reps
Did this on my own as I worked last night and was sound asleep during the noon class.
