  1. Who’s idea was it to put lunges 2 days in a row?? 🙂

    Did the advanced version, placing floor mats on either side of the ab mat to try to get just a little bit closer to parallel. Finished 3 rounds + 5 HSPU

  2. I did

    60 doubleunders
    15 hand-release pushups
    30 weighted alternating reverse lunges (#45)

    got 3 rounds + 75 reps

  3. I did 10 Strict Should Press with a pair of 25lb DB’s instead of the Handstand Pushups.
    Everything else RX.

    5 Rounds + 21 reps

  4. Did this on my own as I worked last night and was sound asleep during the noon class.
    6 rounds plus 13 single unders

  5. 60 singles
    Did 5 kip hstp, 5 hand release pushup
    30 lunges 30lbs with DBs
    5 rounds minus the last set of lunges

    Did a 5km run before I decided I was doing this…. Woops
