  1. I hope the first-day-back classes went well!

    Jess/, Jim and I did our monthly Murph today. I went for roughly a 3/4 murph, up from my usual half-murph:

    1 mile run, then:

    12 rounds
    – 6 strict neutral grip pullups
    – 12 pushups
    – 18 squats

    1 mile run.

    54:41 total
