Back Squat: 10:00 Minutes to build to a heavy single, followed by: 5-5-5 @80%

ACCESSORY WORK

  1. Strict Press – 80lbs then sets of 12 @ 50lbs
    Back Squats – 195lbs then sets of 5 @ 155lbs.
    Felt good to be working with the barbell again!

  2. Strict Press – single @ 75 lbs, 2×12 @ 45 lbs, 1×12 @ 35 lbs
    Back Squat – single @ 165 lbs, 3×5 @ 135 lbs

  3. Strict Press: worked to 120# heavy, then 75# sets
    Back Squat: worked to 265# heavy, then 215# sets

    This is actually the first time I’ve tested strict press. Cool to have a new number in my spreadsheet 😀
