Built up to 215 on the barbell – felt good, didn’t want to overdo it with the hamstring still healing.
Then did the accessory work with a white-stripe KB.
Travis just had to one-up me by 5 pounds…
Lifted 5×165, 3×185, then singles at 195, 205, 210.
She even asked me before her last round at 210 “hey how much should I put on?” – clearly I only said 5lbs so that I could top it with 215. Muahahaha
