  1. Built up to 215 on the barbell – felt good, didn’t want to overdo it with the hamstring still healing.

    Then did the accessory work with a white-stripe KB.

    5×155 lbs., 3×175 lbs., 1×205 lbs., 1×215 lbs…and as I’m writing this I realize I didn’t do my last single 🤦‍♀️
