We decided to do a different wod that Travis has cleverly named “2 Mindy”.
20 min AMRAP
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Sit-ups
I finished 10 rounds + 2 pull-ups, Jim finished 10 rounds.
I subbed 135# barbell rows for the pull-ups in the above and finished 9 rounds + 15 reps; finished my situps after-time for a clean 10 rounds
Modified it to KB swings and goblet squats both with a 15 lb dumbbell, finished in 15 mins
Oops, that should read all done with a 20 lb dumbell
