  1. I modified push-ups for partial push ups (physio exercise) and finished in 16:37
    Nigel did workout as posted and finished in 16:55

  2. Dealing with a shoulder and knee issue right now… so modified so this old lady bod could handle it.

  3. Zoom with Crystal!

    Round 1: 8 min 33 sec:
    25 push ups, 50 squats, 100 hops, 50 squats , 15 push ups ( they got to me! )
