5:00 Minute Corpse Pose
*If you’re able, find a quiet space and lay down flat on your back. Set a timer and focus on breathing deeply. During this time, recognize any thoughts that come to your mind. Any negative feelings that arise about yourself, the world, or others, let them go. Recognize that you are not attached to those feelings.   1. Used a 20lb DB for the wod and finished in 4:52.
    The accessory work felt harder than the wod, those turkish getups with a 20lb db were spicy!
    It was all worth it to get to the 5 min corpse pose at the end 🙂

  2. 5:55, using the 14kg kettlebell for the lunges.

    Solid accessory work. Good relaxing 5min of music for corpse pose at the end of it all
