  1. 14kg kettlebell for this one. Took me 11 minutes even. Used the same kettlebell for the accessory work and a dumbbell built to match weight.

    Picked up new 30# dbs for me and 10# for Mak today with ab mats!!! Just in time for this workout
    (I call it rewards for the at home committed club 😉)
