  1. Team JJT was ready for this wod as soon as it was posted 🙂
    Used 2 x 20lbs for box step-ups to 20″ box.
    27, 27, 24, 22, 23 = 123 total step-ups. It really did a number on my grip by the end!

  2. Busy Friday so did it Thurs night with the team. Total reps 147 (#20×2 step ups). Regular lunges though – jumping is just too harsh on the knees.

  3. It’s Friday already yah?

    Swapped jumping lunges for weighted with 14kg kettlebell. Did the step-ups with the same.

    Step-up counts:
    30, 26, 25, 25, 22 = 128 total

  4. I did regular lunges instead of jumping lunges, 12 lb dumbbells for step ups
    Nigel used 20 lb dumbbells

  5. Team zoom CAM – another week on the books!
    Makayla and I shared the box so only step ups instead of step overs
    Jump lunge,v-ups and 30db box steps
    Mak swapped lunges for push press for her knee and kept v-ups nd box steps
    No accessory tonight – getting ready for sip n stretch!
