Used 2 x 20lbs for box step-ups to 20″ box.
27, 27, 24, 22, 23 = 123 total step-ups. It really did a number on my grip by the end!
Busy Friday so did it Thurs night with the team. Total reps 147 (#20×2 step ups). Regular lunges though – jumping is just too harsh on the knees.

Swapped jumping lunges for weighted with 14kg kettlebell. Did the step-ups with the same.
Step-up counts:
30, 26, 25, 25, 22 = 128 total
I did regular lunges instead of jumping lunges, 12 lb dumbbells for step ups
