  1. DB Deads @35lbs … but for the DB Thrusters, I used 25lb DB’s (I’m soft).
    –> 3 Rounds: 5:05
    –> For Time: 5:50
    Total Time : 13:55

  2. A very tired team Zoom CAM
    30# double db DLs
    Sit ups and did double 30# db thrusters for first set then tapped out and switched to single db thrusters
    Makayla kept the 10# double db’s throughout WOD
