100 Single Arm DB Hand Clean and Jerks (50lbs/35lbs)/ or Reverse Lunges
100 Double Unders/ Jumping Jacks
*If you are going solo- all reps are 50*

    2 rounds of the 50s with a 5 min rest in between

    subbed in alternating DB snatches for the clean and jets
