Here’s how you can help keep our gym safe for everyone:
-Maintain 2 meters of physical distance at all times
-Limit of 10 members in a class
-90 min max on being in the gym
-Prevent shouting
-Continue to register for classes on Zen Planner
-Complete this link to screen before attending a class
-PLEASE do not come to the gym if you are sick or don’t feel well.
-Increase spacing between members

150 Burpees
150 Goblet Squats (50lbs/35lbs)
150 Alt. Leg V-Ups
150 Single Arm DB Hang Clean and Jerks (50lbs/35lbs)
150 Jumping Jacks
We finished in 25:39 with Jim’s lightning fast jumping jacks
We were musing about doing 2 rounds for time, but when we realized the burpees were gonna us into nearly 9 minutes we decided 1 was enough.
Was a good holiday workout, got the blood pumping for sure. Definitely some of those moves aren’t the same as the others 😉
burpees took a while to get through in the beginning but the rest were relatively quick. 2:1 work-to-rest means I could have gone for a round 2 if it wasn’t gonna take another 25min ahah
I was feeling EMOM-ie today.
10 min EMOM
• 4 Squat Clean + Jerk @95lbs
15min EMOM
• 1-10min: 7 Devil Press @20lb DB’s
• 11-15min: 6 Devil Press @25lb DB’s
5k today. 🙂
