Worked from 155 to 175 adding 5lbs every 2 sets. Was a good one back.

I hit up 5 at 235#, and would have done the rest there too if I didn’t tweak something in my hip reracking that fifth lift. To be safe I dropped a 25# plate from each side after that and finished my reps at 185#.

Nigel and I went to the 930 class and ended up with the a semi private session as nobody else showed up.
3 sets at 55 lbs
3 sets at 60 lbs
3 sets at 65 lbs
2 sets at 70 lbs
2 sets at 75 lbs
Nigel did all sets at 135 lbs
