    Push-ups 15 from knees
    5 rounds + 6 cal

    Today’s Row Challenge:
    6 x :30/2:30r

  2. Ski/Pushups – 4 Rounds + 15 cal + 13 push ups (scaled pushups to knees or banded each rounded)
    Row/GHDs – 4 Rounds + 13 cal (scaled GHDs to sit-ups)

  3. Rowing felt great. Did GHD x10, 7, 6 then went to 15 situps. Ski and push-ups killed me after first round, and had to scale to 15 cal 10 push-ups. Even then I was dying.
    Great wod.
