  1. Set 1 – 6, 35lbs and 60 unbroken singles each round

    (Actually, the very first round I skied out of spite .. my skipping rope and I were fighting)

  2. Stuck with a 45lb weight throughout, and did 15sec on the ski (5 cals per round). Still workin on my right calf so skipping is a bit challenging

  3. Used 15 lb dumbbell, first time doing full weight with my bad shoulder. Felt good but definitely need to build up more strength in that shoulder.
