  1. #105 was an appropriate challenge.
    Rope climbs x2 felt good going up, not so much on the way down. Gotta work on that technique. Switched to ring pulls after that. Didn’t watch the clock closely, but was sub 12:00.

  2. Finished in 11:12 with 95 on the bar and half-climbs on the rope. First time I’ve touched the rope really since I injured my hamstring. Good WOD
