Used 14 lb wall ball and the women’s scaled numbers for the calories in both sets. Set one on the rower finished around 9 min mark and set two on the bike finished just under 10. Reply
Almost didn’t show up today, so beat from yesterday and stressed out. But I did. Scaled back a lot. Had fun though. Reply
First Set: 8:56 with a 14 lbs. wallball Felt great after the first round so moved to a 16 lbs. wallball. Bad idea. Got half way through the 21 round and switched back to the 14. Second Set: Legit finished with like 1.7 seconds left on the clock. It was a close one! Reply
