  1. 30#…25#…20# all over the place today with wallball weight.
    Set 1 Row: 8:39
    Set 2 Echo: TC after 9 WB but finished the 9 on the Echo.

  2. Used 14 lb wall ball and the women’s scaled numbers for the calories in both sets.
    Set one on the rower finished around 9 min mark and set two on the bike finished just under 10.

  3. First Set: 8:56 with a 14 lbs. wallball

    Felt great after the first round so moved to a 16 lbs. wallball. Bad idea. Got half way through the 21 round and switched back to the 14.

    Second Set: Legit finished with like 1.7 seconds left on the clock. It was a close one!
