    Strict pull-ups got ugly fast!

  2. Agreed that strict pullups got tough really quickly. Honestly I didn’t even track the cals but it wasn’t a huge number; I think everything I’ve seen here probably beat me lol

    used a yellow-band KB, 20# wallball, 9-9-5-5-5-5 pullups/chinups.
