15lbs for the rows and did the pushups from the knees. Rope climbs felt smooth though! 30:14

Used #25. From the knees after round 1. Ring rows after round 6.

Tough one today, but had a lot of fun with the 7am crew!
I finished at 37:30, did ring rows, and scaled the renegade rows to 8 reps after round 4, and did them from the knees.

That was a solid shoulder workout. Looked forward to the chilly jog every round. #30 on the DBs, 34:14 or thereabouts. did 2 rounds from the toes, the rest from the knees.
