  1. Nice variation throughout the WOD today!

    I hit up abmat situps & row for round 1, green-band KB for the getups, and 45lb dumbbells for the press.

    5 rounds + 3 cal
    20 getups
    3 rounds + 14 reps (finished off the 4th round after time)

    Part 3: we substituted. BP/PU for 10 back squat/10 air squat. Stu #135 Bev #115 X6 rounds.
