    Same setup as 3 was ago. Goal was to beat my previous time. Did by almost 3 minutes so that’s a win.

    50lb dumbbell, 15 burpees first round, 10 thereafter.

    Got to 21/50 snatches. Phew they caught up to me quick. My arms are jelly

  4. I found this workout reeeeeally tough when we did it on Feb 26th, but I paced myself a little bit better this time around and it made a big difference. Thanks Coach Brad for all the pointers today!
