Even Minute: 15/12 Calorie Row
*Every other even minute set- 15 Toes-Bar/15 GHD Situps*
Example, Round 1 is 5 Back Squats, Round 2 is 15/12 Calorie Row, Round 3 is 5 Back Squats, Round 4 is 15 Toes-Bar or 15 GHD Situps, etc… etc… for 40:00 Minutes.

I became numb to that after a while …

Did 5 God and 10 ab mat situps for more than half the rounds, then went to just 15 situps. Not exactly sure where as time lost all meaning over those 40 min.
Back squats were so much worse after the bike vs the situps.

Bike into squats was an experience.

185/10 GHD/15 Cal bike erg.
Good grind. Legs are toast and seemingly made of jello. GHD’s were a good break for the legs. Seems strange saying that š¤·.
This one hurt. Went from 15 cal row to 12 cal half way through. Engine is still a work in progress but getting better. Working on form and consistency.
