  1. Did version 3, ish. Loaded a light 55lbs on my barbell and did 10 burpees over bar, 20 thrusters, 20 shuttle runs per round. Got 2 rounds, 22reps over the course of the 12min

  2. Option 3 with dumbell thrusters, 15 lb dumbbell, 2 rounds completed. Now I know why it was only 12 mins long, on the plus side it was beautiful weather to run in!!

  3. Team Zoom ECAM with Emma tonight!
    Option 3 with 30#db
    2 rounds plus 40 with a 100m run before time cap
    Makayla did option 1 and subbed 30 sit-ups for the run
