  1. Got my first dose of the vaccine yesterday and my left arm is feeling super tight and heavy. I vastly modified the workout.
    12 min AMRAP
    20 reverse lunges
    20 RDLs
    10 Squats with 14lb med ball

    Hollow Hold tabata for a finisher
