  1. 5 rounds plus just 6 skips
    Did 60 singles for skipping. 2x#45 for DL.
    Seems to have been appropriate as Jess and I were almost in sync the whole wod.

    • 5 rounds plus 12 double unders. 2 x 35lbs for DL. As Jim said, we stayed pretty much in sync the whole time. Helped motivate to keep moving through those wall walks!

  2. Nigel and I subbed wall walls for 8 push-ups due to shoulder issues and did jumping jacks, still waiting for those skipping ropes to arrive!!
    Nigel used 20 lb DBs and did 9 rounds plus all the jumping jacks and 4 PU
    I used 15 lb DBs and did 8 rounds plus 13 jumping jacks

    4 plus 43 reps.
