  1. Since today is one of my 2 days off this week I worked out. New equipment arrived, finally!! A skipping rope and an Abmat so of course I had to incorporate them into a WOD. Found one online that I altered a bit, instead of shoulder or overhead I switched that up for sit ups.
    15 min AMRAP
    15 wallballs
    50 SU
    15 sit ups
    50 SU
    I used a 10 lb wallball, 3 full rounds plus 15 wallballs and 34 SU

    Nigel sis not partake in the workout today because he is hard at work building raised veggie garden boxes and swinging a sledgehammer to get the supportive stakes in.
