Team JJT did not want to wake up today. We did anyway. Wod sucked exactly as much as expected. Feeling rough, we agreed not to count reps and just do it.
WOD was a great one to just get moving. Used double 45s for shoulder-to-overhead, single 45 for weighted lunges and step-ups, and box dips.
