Couldn’t decide between pushups and pushups for the first movement. Kept flipflopping. Chose pushups in the end.
The vast majority of the slowdown was in my pushups. Should have chosen pushups instead.
oh ya, for specifics: 45# on the snatch and squat.
Threw in some accessory: 3 rds of 10x14kg curls, 10×45# double-db bench
Wait.. you did push-ups? I thought we decided on push-ups.
Couldn’t decide between push-ups or push-ups so I flipped a coin and it said push-ups.
Push-ups, hang snatch (35lbs) and goblet squats (35lbs).

Did some curls and chest press for accessory.
Knee was bothering me, so I subbed situps with overhead weight (#10) for the goblet squats.
Team JJT noticed the lack of accessories, so we figured something arm-centric would be good. Bicep curls and bench press came to mind, but given we just did a bunch of push-ups we chose to do bench press instead.
