I didn’t _exactly_ get 1:1 rest, couple seconds off here or there, but it was in the ballpark. Held on for all 10 thrusters unbroken per round, made up for it with dog slow running and burpees 🙂

Subbed burpee box jump overs for burpee box step ups, 29:34 with 15 lb DBs. Not my favourite workout but it got the heart pumping

So round one realized at 8 Double db 30# that 10 reps was going to be aggressive. Kept the 30’s but dropped to 5 reps with 200m run and burpee box jump overs.
