  1. JJ minus T this morning. Jim and I decided to do a variation of yesterday’s partner wod instead.

    10 Rounds:
    10 Burpees
    15 Wall Balls (14lbs)
    10 Double DB Ground to Overhead

    We swapped after each movement. I used 2 x 20lbs for double DB snatch

    • I used 2x#35 for the g2oh.

  2. Crystal and I also did a variation of yesterday’s partner WOD where we increased the number of squats to 20 but I subbed squats for chair dips.
    #20 for shoulder to ohd
    We split each movement in half.
    Total time: 22:30
