Team JJT opted for doing yesterday’s wod instead today.
I used a 35lb for the movements, finished in 12:30. Step-ups were by far the slowest but I didn’t break down the time for each.
Team JJT planned on doing Murph today, but none of us were feeling it this morning. Instead we did yesterday’s wod.

At least 6-7 min of that was just the step ups I swear. I did those last too, since Jess and I needed to share the box.
Last 20 reps Travis was also only 20 reps away and was on the squats, so I made sure to go unbroken for the remainder in order to finish ahead of him 😀
