Used 45# dbs for the thrusters (so… so many thrusters)
Finished in 22min exactly with a heart rate through the roof
That was perfectly awful. Without knowing the desired timeframe / stimulus, went with the 2 x 35lbs (even though I really REALLY wanted to use the 20’s). 18:55
Got vaxxed this morning. Arm getting sore by the hour (perfect excuse, highlyrecommend). Therefore I chose to do air squats instead of thrusters. Threw on Jess’s #14 vest for them.
After completing my first 45, J & T were just around 15, so I doubled up and did 90-60-30 for everything.
