Team JT this morning for a final at home wod.
Used 35lb for S2O and rested 2 mins between the AMRAPs.
1 Round + 10S2O, 1 Round + 10S2O, 1 Round + 15S2O
Each AMRAP Travis and I picked up the dumbbells at the same time in the first round, and that’s where he got ahead of me. I always had 5 reps left when he started his mountain climbers. At least we were both consistent! 🙂
We did a hollow hold tabata for accessory.

used 45# for the shoulder-to-overheads, 2min rest between AMRAPs. Got 2 rounds per set, with 7sec / 5sec / 1sec left over during which I should have tried to fit in a couple of mountain climbers but largely didn’t
