Good to be back. Speaking of back, mines still brutal from the injuryon Tues. Sharon wisely had me just bike today, which I did for about the sane time as the class was doing the normal wod. At some point I saw I was near 200 cals so I set that as my target.

rocked out round 1 with 2×45, but then modified to 1×45 for the rest of the rounds since my first round was a bit long. Finished in ~16:30 overall
