  1. Flew solo in my basement today, J&J are off having an adventure and class was cancelled due to thunderstorms.

    Subbed 8 shuttle runs in my basement for the 100m (took me ~40s), 45# DB, as written otherwise.

    Round times were

    3:52

  2. That was a nice Monday workout. I subbed to push presses instead of thrusters. 20lbs for the first two rounds, 22.5 lbs for the next two rounds.
    20 mins.
