  1. Great workout with the 5am crew and Coach Seth on a chillier Wednesday morning! Used a 25lb DB and finished in 15:43.

    I think the ab challenge workout after 150 sit-ups was more difficult than the actual workout! Those crossbody mountain climbers get me every time!

  2. Scaled to #30, 17:30 .. somewhere in there.

    Agreed with Rebecca, cross body mountain climbers were rough! As usual, a great crowd at the 5 am 🙂

  3. Great WOD today with the 930am crew!!
    I used a 25# dumbbell and ended up scaling to 40 reps and finished around 14:30.
