    Dave’s special accessory: #100, 2:00, 1:45, 1:15 resting 1:00 between.

    Not as humid as yesterday but still a hot one out there. Be careful.

  2. 4 rounds + burpees. I found it pretty tough to catch my breath at any point. Hopefully this weather breaks soon 🙂
