Dang those overhead squats are tough to get right. Stuck with 35lbs and tried to aim for quality as best I could. Certainly the first few of each set felt pretty good but got sloppy over the set of 10.
Ditto on those DB squat snatches- I found them really challenging and hard to keep good form. Definitely something to work on for me!
I got through 3 rounds + 6 snatches 20#
25lb for squat snatch and box step-ups. 6 rounds + 7 snatches.
Swapped squat cleans for the snatches.
#55 with the intent of forcing quality. My biceps inform me not all were.
18/20 step ups on r4 at time.

Went heavier and avoided the squat. Seems there are mobility things to work on. 65 lbs with step ups. 5 full rounds.
Struggle street with the snatches. #30, 4 rounds-ish?
